Born in 2014 from Esther’s devotion to chamber music and her wish to create a genuine event that would bring back chamber music in its historical context and would overcome short term commercial constraints, the Weissenhorn Klassik Festival is now an established music event that happens every autumn in the historical town of Weissenhorn, southern Germany. This festival has turned to become one of the finest music happenings around, bringing every year international soloists together in a unique and intimate concert atmosphere.

The Weissenhorn Klassik Festival has received the EFFE-Label 2024-2025 from the EFFE international jury and the EFFE hubs. The EFFE Label is Europe’s quality stamp for remarkable arts festivals showing their engagement in the field of the arts, community involvement and international openness. EFFE (Europe for Festivals – Festivals for Europe) is an initiative by the European Festivals Association supported by the European Commission and Parliament.
