Awarded the Lilli Lehmann Medal of the International Mozarteum Foundation and many other prizes, Esther is now not only active as a singer, but also as a producer, lecturer, curator and director. She enjoys working creatively in various fields and always pursues a 

comprehensive artistic approach.

In 2020 she co-founded Kulturhaltestelle, a music production company based in Berlin. Kulturhaltestelle manages several music projects including music festivals in Germany and Switzerland.
